CLASS DESCRIPTION
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a ground-based grappling system focused on technique, position, and submission. In each class, you’ll learn:
Takedowns and sweeps
Guard passing and positional control
Submissions (chokes, armlocks, joint locks)
Escapes and defensive techniques
Drilling and optional live rolling (sparring)
Classes begin with a warm-up, followed by technical instruction, partner drilling, and optional light rolling depending on your experience level.
You’ll build real-world self-defense skills, develop tactical awareness, and gain confidence in every roll.
