CLASS DESCRIPTION

Inspired by the CrossFit methodology, this class features:

  • Strength training (barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells)

  • Functional fitness (squats, box jumps, pull-ups, lunges)

  • High-intensity circuits and metabolic conditioning (MetCon)

  • Mobility and recovery work

Every session includes a warm-up, technique-focused strength or skill segment, and a time-based workout of the day (WOD) that challenges your limits.
