CLASS DESCRIPTION

Our Fitness Training Classes are fast-paced, fun, and full-body focused. Expect a mix of strength training, cardio, bodyweight exercises, and functional movement that leaves you feeling energized and accomplished.

We use dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and cardio equipment to target all muscle groups — helping you burn fat, build lean muscle, and increase endurance. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you’ll sweat, smile, and level up.
