CLASS DESCRIPTION

Group Muay Thai is a full-body workout and technical striking class wrapped into one. Each session includes:

  • Warm-up and body conditioning (skipping, shadowboxing, bodyweight drills)

  • Technique instruction (punches, kicks, elbows, knees, defense)

  • Pad work with a trainer or partner

  • Partner drills and optional light sparring (level-based)

  • Core and cooldown

No, you don’t need to bring anything. We provide all the necessary gear for your training. If you prefer, additional equipment is also available for rent or purchase at the gym.

Classes are focused on technique and pad work. Light contact drills or sparring are optional and only for experienced students.
