CLASS DESCRIPTION
Group Muay Thai is a full-body workout and technical striking class wrapped into one. Each session includes:
Warm-up and body conditioning (skipping, shadowboxing, bodyweight drills)
Technique instruction (punches, kicks, elbows, knees, defense)
Pad work with a trainer or partner
Partner drills and optional light sparring (level-based)
Core and cooldown
