CLASS DESCRIPTION

Our MMA classes combine elements of:

  • Striking: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai

  • Grappling: Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals

  • Cage Control: Wall work, clinching, takedown defense

  • Conditioning: Functional strength, mobility, and endurance circuits

You’ll rotate through drills that develop real fight skills, followed by light sparring, pad work, or live grappling (optional depending on level).
